The holidays have come and gone now.Thank god. dont get me wrong i love the holidays but im just as happy when the chaos is all gone.This is a time when im running around like a chicken with my head cut off for weeks. We had a nice holiday season though and spent time with some friends of ours exchanging gifts and having a good time.Thanks shawn and Heidi and Logan for the fun.We kinda had a low key xmas this year just how i like.Well Dan had to work on xmas eve and xmas day.That sucks and it didnt feel like christmas to us.We are used to having our daddy home on xmas.This didnt go over well with Danielle since this is the first xmas she has not had her dad here.Still we made the best of it and opened gifts when he got home in the evening and i made a nice filet mignon dinner for us.Thats our yearly tradition.dinner was gooood.I was happy to see how excited she was to open her gifts up and expecially her little mini piano.She was so excited.Priceless to see the expression on her face. My parents came over for a while opened there gifts and my brother and his girlfrined stopped by to bring stuff over and then my other brother stopped by to.Its january 9th and the tree is still sitting there and so are the decerations.Im slow at getting this down but hey my feeling is if you dont like it dont look at it.I do it on my own time not on other. lol! New years eve was intresting but fun.We went to Shawn and Heidis and i for once was the one that drank with my good pal Heidi.I never ever hardly drink so yes i had a few to many but had a great time anyways and the guys were the normal ones this time.Well as normal as they can be.hahah! Dan stayed sober he was the sober one this time and we had fun just talking laughing and eating good snacks.We left after midnight .Yes Dan had to work the next day but he insisted on staying till midnight with me and Danielle so he could be there in the New years with us.Awee! what a sweet hubby. New years has come and gone and now im almost finsihed with a class im taking in school and about to go on a new Endeavor.Im taking another class and will be done in june. Im very excited to be starting a new area in my life with work..Danielle is doing great and im proud of her and how good she is doing in school right now .She recently got a positive phone call home from school saying how she has improved in many areas and how the teacher was proud of her.This warms my heart to hear it.. Ok, so thats about it for right now .I cought all you up and whats been going on the last few weeks.
